Women’s Connection & Growth Group
A place for women to engage, connect, and process emotions, beliefs, and experiences that can keep us feeling stuck when held alone.
Group Details
An advanced process group for women who want to plug into a community who shares the value of prioritizing mental health, personal growth, and authentic connection. This group will build on topics and skills learned in Intimacy Bootcamp and participants’ prior recovery work, offering opportunities to learn from others’ healing journeys. Topics such as self-worth, authenticity and assertiveness, conflict resolution, body image, shame resiliency, childhood wounds, relationships and intimacy may be addressed. Group sessions involve psychoeducation, open processing, experiential exercises, and mutual support. The atmosphere is supportive, compassionate and empowering—many participant’s favorite part of the week!
Benefits:
This group helps women to improve mental clarity, increase trust in safe people, work through shame, pain, and emotional isolation, and strengthen confidence and resiliency. Participants report being there for themselves, speaking their truth, setting healthy boundaries, and living in the present, according to their own values.
