Women’s Betrayal Trauma Group
The first step in healing from betrayal trauma is to develop a community of support who truly understands your pain.
Group Details
This group will help women work through the crisis, shock, emotional roller coaster and grief of betrayal. Participants will gain an understanding of betrayal trauma and the recovery journey, learn how to manage triggers and symptoms, increase clarity and self–confidence, embrace authentic self-love, develop boundaries, and create a vision of hope and a plan for the future.
Benefits:
This group has been found to increase hope, overcome shame, strengthen sense of self and reduce emotional isolation. Participants reconnect to their sense of emotional stability, resiliency, self-trust, and learn to create a life of growth, peace, and security.
Who should attend?
Women who experience symptoms of betrayal trauma as a result of infidelity, addiction, dishonesty, gaslighting, or emotional abuse in their primary relationship.
Not sure if you’re ready?
Hearing others’ experiences with betrayal can be triggering for individuals with severe PTSD. Consider starting with our Trauma Support Group to help regulate trauma triggers or contact us for help determining which group is best for you.
Ready for Level Two?
Many people choose to deepen their healing by completing the level two betrayal trauma group that expands upon the knowledge, skills, and understanding gained in level one. This group is for women who have moved out of crisis mode and want to achieve deep healing, profound self-awareness, and master self-honoring behaviors.
