Your emotions and intellect are out of balance
Your life feels out of control

WHY THE HAVEN?
Personalized & Trustworthy
Confidentiality, emotional safety and customized treatment plans are our priority. We will design a plan based on your specific needs and adjust that plan as you progress. We strive to help you feel seen, heard, understood, respected and valued. You will not be judged for anything you share.
Coping vs. Healing
Most therapy focuses on stabilization, coping skills, and behavioral change. However, the root cause of the problem often still exists. When you process on a deeper level, buried wounds are healed and destructive cycles are broken. Deeper work leads to profound, lasting change.
Niche Focus
We are devoted to a few specific and related specialties, and we do not work outside of our scope. Our hope is that our expertise based on advanced training, extensive research, and years of learning from similar clients in real time will earn your trust and confidence in our approach.
Collaborative Approach
Your physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual needs are all important to us. With a release of information, we are happy to collaborate with other therapists, healthcare professionals, and support people to ensure all areas of your life are attended to and aligned.
