This workshop will help you create a healthy relationship in a conscious, intentional way.
Workshop Details
This 6-hour workshop is intended for those who are single or navigating a new relationship.
We’ll process common dating struggles, explore healthy and unhealthy forms of intimacy and connection, and polish skills for attracting and keeping a mature, healthy mate. You’ll develop an understanding of your relationship pattern and attachment style, examine your standards, learn to recognize red flags (in self and others), and get clear on what you really want and need. Workshop activities include education, open processing, experiential exercises, and homework.
