Men’s Intimacy Bootcamp

Intimacy Bootcamp provides the fundamental skills and tools to connect to who you are at your core and become emotionally available to connect with others… something many men have never had the safe space to do.

This course serves men who are ready to take the next step in understanding and strengthening their emotional and physical connections in a trusting, relatable environment.

Workshop Details

Are you ready to take the next step in reprogramming unconscious beliefs and habits about intimacy? You will learn about relationship maturity, healthy conflict, appropriate boundaries, and get to know your inner emotional world. You will learn how to stay present and engaged in relationships without shame-based reactivity or fear-based escape. You will relate with other men through shared struggles that no one talks about, and find the power and freedom to become a better partner, father, leader, or friend.
