Women’s Intimacy Bootcamp

Intimacy Bootcamp allows you to dive into the fundamental principles of intimacy while learning and growing alongside other women. Rejuvenate your intimacy journey and revitalize your relationship with yourself and others. 


This course serves women who are ready to take the next step in learning about their emotional and physical connections in a warm and supportive environment.

Workshop Details

Participants will learn about intimacy in the context of themselves and their emotional safety. This group will cultivate an understanding and empowering environment as individuals identify their boundaries, reduce shame, and generate self-care techniques. This course helps individuals to build intimacy skills in a welcoming and collaborative environment.

Who should attend? 

Women who are motivated to explore their emotional availability and strengthen valuable relationships

Women who grew up in dysfunctional families that lacked healthy connections

Women who have struggled with relational trauma, addictive relationships, intimacy avoidance, or numbing behaviors that inhibit healthy connections 

Logistics

Participants must have a referral from a qualified helping professional.

Space is limited.
