Workshop Details
This 6-hour workshop is intended for those who feel anxious, burnt out or resentful in their life and relationships.
You’ll gain an accurate understanding of boundaries, learn how to identify your rights and preferences, and find your power center. We’ll unpack the difference between expectations, requests, contracts and dealbreakers and recognize when to step into action for getting your own needs met. You’ll walk away with a personalized plan for setting effective boundaries that will bring you peace.

A preliminary screening interview is required before the workshop begins. Space is limited.
