OLIVIA HALLMARK, Graduate Intern, APTT Candidate
Healing isn’t about erasing the past - it’s about reclaiming your story.
Olivia’s Approach
My work is focused on creating a balance between safety and growth, helping you make sense of your experiences while guiding you toward your values. In the therapy room, I show up as my full self: warm, honest, curious, grounded – sometimes a little goofy – and always real. I reflect themes I hear, helping you connect the dots between present struggles and past wounds. With structured sessions, clear objectives, and specific homework to support your progress, I seek to meet you where you are. I know what it’s like to wrestle with hard questions and not have it all figured out. I’m here to create a space where you can feel safe to explore your story, while also gently challenging you to step into the discomfort necessary for meaningful change. Together, we can work through the messiness, find clarity, and move toward something that feels more hopeful, more true, and more you.
I’ll help you:
Reclaim your story and build the life you want from the rubble of trauma
Find new ways to face reality, break free from old patterns, and heal from painful discoveries
Process, heal, and rebuild trust – starting with yourself
Create a life that reflects your values and deepest desires, bringing purpose and meaning back into your journey
If you:
Feel lost in your own story
Struggle with self-doubt and uncertainty after trauma shakes your sense of self
Feel trapped in patterns that no longer serve you
Are navigating betrayal or relational pain
Are questioning your purpose
More About Olivia
I am passionate about this work because I have experienced firsthand how relationships can shape us – for better or for worse. I know what it is like to feel confused, unseen, or overwhelmed by emotions you didn’t expect to be facing. Those experiences are part of what led me to become a therapist. I’ve also always been drawn to the complexity of relationship dynamics, and believe that love, connection, and belonging give life so much meaning, and when those things are disrupted – by betrayal, disconnection, or trauma – it can feel like the ground beneath us has shifted. I care deeply about walking with people through those moments, helping them make sense of what’s happening, and reminding them they are not alone.
