MOLLY MORROW, LMFT
Molly’s Approach
First, I want to know what everyone thinks the problem is and how it shows up in your life; perhaps it’s a communication error, a lack of meaningful time together, or trouble feeling connected to your partner. Then I want to work with you to identify your cycles: what fights you are having over and over again, what topics just never seem to end well, and when do you feel like you are painfully stuck. After, we will work on creating new solutions together to take ourselves out of these negative cycles and find new insights. These insights will help you better understand how to face these problems in a new way that will keep you out of those negative patterns.
If you:
Wish you didn’t feel so distant from your significant other
Struggle to communicate with your partner
Worry about feeling stuck in the same situation over and over again
Question if you and your partner are meant to be together
Feel like you don’t understand your significant other
I’ll help you:
Learn how to listen to and understand each other's needs
Start speaking the same language again
Make space for meaningful connection and growth
Break out of your negative cycle
Explore ways to feel close to each other again
More About Molly
I have always been interested in relationships as I come from a “nontraditional” family background (I grew up with 12 grandparents and no, I’m not kidding!) This led me to be curious about how romantic relationships form, how they grow, and why they end. Then I learned there were people out there who work with couples as a job and I was hooked. I think relationships can be so protective in making our stressors seem so much smaller than they are. But when our relationships aren’t working so well, they can also make those same stressors look like mountains to climb. I love to work with people who are sick and tired of doing the same thing every day and are ready to try something new. Sometimes new means wacky and crazy, but at least it’s different. I like to help couples who are ready to make their relationship work for them.
