We’ve all experienced the feeling of longing for a supportive, compatible and emotionally available partner. But no one really teaches us how to do “healthy” dating growing up, and the mainstream love stories tell us that we will magically stumble upon our ideal mate in everyday life.

Our Approach

Many people date unconsciously and without a clear vision for what they need, what they can and can’t tolerate, and how they intend to honor themselves along the way. When you create a healthy dating plan with purpose, you approach dating from a higher consciousnesses.

In therapy, we will help you to learn about yourself and what you need, define your ideal mate, and let go of any past attachments that may be influencing you to repeat attracting the same type of person or making the same dating mistakes. This process can be facilitated with an individual therapist or as a workshop.
