EVELYN BOSTANY, LMFTA

It is hard to be your best self when there is so much noise around you. I’ll help you prioritize yourself and honor your deeper needs.

Evelyn’s Approach

If you long to feel seen and connected with yourself and others, I will join with you in uncovering parts of your story that have yielded pain from the past. We will dive into experiences from your past relationships with caregivers to better understand the deeper need of connection as an adult. In exploring generational patterns in your family, we will work together to shift your experience from one of stuckness to one of security. If you struggle to imagine what life without this dark cloud could feel like, I’ll help provide you with hope through time and space as we utilize resources together to eliminate this pain and re-process these blocks in your story that you have been lingering in your life.

I’ll help you:

  • Identify patterns in your relationships and learn how to shift them

  • Communicate your needs with your partner and others around you

  • Recognize your strengths as well as your part in difficult dynamics

  • Connect to your intuition and listen to your inner wisdom

  • Find more internal clarity and feel less “tangled up”

  • Step into empowerment and honor your feelings, needs, and boundaries

If you:

  • Have survived things that felt unbearable

  • Feel stuck and alone

  •  Want to strengthen or rebuild your relationship

  •  Struggle to imagine what life without this dark cloud could feel like

  • Long to feel seen and connected

  •  Want to learn how you can show up for yourself more

More About Evelyn

I have always been fascinated by different relationship dynamics and I’ve always enjoyed diving deeper into the “why” behind people’s responses and expressions. By walking my own healing journey and learning about myself and my areas of discomfort, I have become more available, attuned, and connected with my clients who are facing self-discoveries in their own journey. My goal as your therapist is to normalize the pain you experience and hold hope for a future where you don’t have to hold this weight alone. I am honored to play a small part in guiding you toward knowing yourself and overcoming the adversities you have lived through.
